Encore celebrates the marriage of art and business. In honor of the event, local chefs will offer beautiful samples of their delectable food, presented in custom-created environments designed to complement the offerings.

Concept - In keeping with a creative theme, the event also showcases the best and brightest of Rhode Island's culinary & design talent. We pair 12 of the state's restaurants each with a professional designer. The goal is to create an environment - both physical and sensual - that celebrates Rhode Island's creative culinary & design talent.
